Account deletion
Delete your PixAryn account
Delete from inside the app
Open PixAryn
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to About PixAryn
Open the side drawer, choose About PixAryn, then find the account deletion option.
Confirm deletion
Review the confirmation dialog. You can also choose whether to remove local downloaded images from that device.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the same email address used for your PixAryn account.
Data deleted
- Your PixAryn user profile record.
- Your saved prompt records.
- Your liked prompt records.
- Your prompt download records stored with your account.
- Your Firebase Authentication account where deletion is technically supported for the current signed-in session.
Data not automatically deleted
- Global anonymous prompt counters such as total views, likes, copies, and downloads may remain because they are aggregate prompt statistics.
- Crash logs, analytics events, and security records may remain for a limited time in Firebase or Google systems according to their retention and processing policies.
- Images already downloaded to another device are controlled by that device and may need to be removed locally.
Deletion timeline
In-app deletion is processed immediately when successful. Email requests are usually reviewed within 7 days. Some backup, analytics, crash, or security records may remain for a limited period where required for app operations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service-provider retention.
