Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PixAryn handles data in the Android app. It is written for clarity, but it is not a substitute for legal advice.
Information we collect
- Account information when you sign in or sign up, such as email address, display name, profile photo, authentication provider, and Firebase user id.
- Prompt interaction data, including saved prompts, liked prompts, downloaded prompt records, copy counts, download counts, and view counts.
- App usage and diagnostic data through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, such as screen views, feature events, crash reports, device state, and app version.
- Advertising signals used by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to load and measure rewarded ads.
- Local app preferences stored on your device, such as onboarding completion, theme preference, daily rewarded-action quota usage, and local downloaded image metadata.
How we use information
- To provide account-based sync for saved, liked, and downloaded prompt data.
- To show and sort prompts, maintain global prompt counters, and improve discovery features.
- To authenticate users through Firebase Authentication, including email/password and Google sign-in.
- To detect crashes, improve app stability, and understand high-level usage patterns.
- To display rewarded ads for some premium-style actions, such as copy, use, or download after free daily limits.
- To support account deletion and local cleanup requests.
Third-party services
PixAryn uses the following third-party services. These providers may process data according to their own policies.
- Firebase Authentication for account sign-in and identity management.
- Cloud Firestore for prompt data, profile records, saved prompts, liked prompts, and download records.
- Firebase Analytics for app analytics events.
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash and stability reporting.
- Google Sign-In / Android Credential Manager for Google account authentication.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for rewarded advertisements.
- Coil image loading to display remote prompt images inside the app.
Local downloads and device storage
When you download a prompt image, PixAryn stores that image locally on your device. Local downloads are not automatically uploaded back to PixAryn. If you delete your account, you may choose to also remove local PixAryn downloads from that device where supported by the app.
Advertising
PixAryn may show rewarded ads using Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are shown only around selected high-value actions and are intended to be user-initiated. Google may use advertising identifiers, device information, and consent signals where applicable to deliver and measure ads.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers listed above to operate authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising features. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the app, users, or platform integrity.
Account deletion
You can request deletion from inside PixAryn or by visiting the account deletion instructions page.
Children's privacy
PixAryn is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
